In this video I’m going to give you a quick overview of the program and what makes it so effective, and then I’ll explain how to properly get started with your program.

I'm thrilled that you're taking action and are ready to get results. But before you dive in, it's important to watch this whole video. I'll give you a quick overview of the program and what makes it so effective.

Now, the program follows what I call the ‘SEMIPRO Process’ which takes a "whole athlete" approach and combines the most important aspects of endurance performance into a single program. The program's pillars are training, nutrition, and strength.

Each pillar has a repeatable process that is based on the latest scientific research, professional advice, and my own experience as a coach of more than 10 years and a cyclist for more than 30 years.

You'll find these pillars linked as chapters and sections.

The training chapter will teach you how to get the most out of your workout time for both fitness and strength.

The nutrition section will show you how to eat for performance and control your weight without going hungry. 

And in the roadmap section, you'll learn what to do after reaching your initial goals.

We also have a Support page linked in the top menu that can assist you in resolving technical and other issues that may arise.

After watching the videos and reading everything, you'll know exactly how to train and eat. The other parts of the program have more details to make your training even better.

I've made it easy for you by adding videos, summaries, and full-text transcripts to each chapter.
