Welcome to the strength chapter where you will learn our strength training philosophy and choose a program.
The SEMIPRO Strength Program is a highly-advanced approach to strength training for cyclists. It’s based on functional strength exercises and dynamic movements that will get you faster and stronger, while addressing the caused by cycling. There are two separate programs a beginner program for those new to strength training (or those that haven’t done strength training for a while) and an advanced program.
The goal is to get your body back in balance by activating and building building the muscles you need to perform and feel your bes, while improving your inner environment of your body.
When done properly, strength training, in our opinion, may provide riders with a tonne of benefits, including making them ride stronger, fitter, and feel better than ever. Our strength training enables you to get much stronger without requiring heroic efforts by teaching you how to control your body's ability to generate power. We also layer in physical therapy and high performance principles. You'll finish each strength block looking, feeling, and moving better than you did before and eager to see what's next thanks to workouts that help you cycle a bit stronger, feel better when you get off the bike, and provide you small wins on a weekly basis.
There are two unique strength training options to choose from: a version for beginners and a version for those with more experience. Below are some general tips for choosing the program that's right for you.
