What Is This?

An eight-week block of bespoke performance coaching, designed for one athlete around one specific outcome.

You bring the goal — a target event, a championship, a particular shape you want to be in by a particular date. We build the eight weeks around it. At the end, we measure against what we set out to do.

This is the structure of work used at the highest levels of cycling — by athletes preparing for world championships, target events, or specific seasonal goals where the marginal gains genuinely matter. The version on this page is the same approach, available one block at a time. The price reflects what serious one-on-one performance work costs, not what monthly coaching costs.

WHO THIS IS BUILT FOR

Riders who can dedicate themselves to it.

Often that means professionals whose job is the bike — preparing for an event that defines a season, where the level of attention, the integration of nutrition, and the rapid adjustments based on daily data are what produce the result.

Sometimes it means athletes who finally have the time — after decades of fitting cycling around everything else — to give a serious goal the attention it deserves. A national age-group title, a Haute Route, a personal mountain, a long-postponed Ironman. The specificity matters more than the prestige of the event.

What both have in common: a real outcome you're working toward, the time and energy to do the work properly, and the seriousness to commit eight weeks of focused attention.

This work is private. If you want to keep your training and goals confidential, that's the default. If you want to use what we do for content or shared learning, we can discuss it.

WHO THIS ISN'T FOR

If you have a full-time job, family commitments, and limited training hours, this product won't serve you well — not because the coaching wouldn't help, but because the intensity assumes you can show up daily. Guided is built for that situation. Same SEMIPRO methodology, framework-led, $200/month, designed for the rider with constrained hours.If you're not preparing for something specific, this isn't the right tool.

The eight-week block works because we're aiming at one thing. If you're working on general improvement, Guided is again the better fit.

What happens inside the 8 weeks

Step 1: Deep performance audit

We start by looking at the full picture. That includes your recent and longer-term training, what your riding is actually showing, where performance is breaking down, durability and fatigue resistance patterns, spacing, fuelling, and execution where relevant, recovery, life load, schedule, and friction points, what is working and what is clearly not.

This is where we stop guessing.

Step 2: Clear diagnosis

You get a direct answer on:what is most likely holding your performance backwhat matters most right nowwhat not to waste time onwhere the biggest upside is over the next 8 weeks.

Not ten theories. Not a data dump.
A clear read on what needs to change.

Step 3: Personalised rebuild plan

From there, Damian builds the block around what actually needs fixing.

The goal is not to do more.
The goal is to rebuild the right things in the right order.

Step 4: Direct coaching with Damian

This is a high-touch, personal coaching intervention.
Damian stays close enough to guide the important decisions, make adjustments when needed, and keep the work aligned with what is really happening.
Not everything needs constant contact.
But when a decision matters, you have an experienced coach in your corner.

Most riders only look at one or two numbers. We look at the system.

Intensity distribution — Are you spending too much time in the grey zone?
Power fade — How much do you drop off after 2, 3, 4 hours?
Training load trend — Are you building, maintaining, or going backwards?
Recovery structure — Do you have real rest weeks, or just accidental dips?
Session quality — Are your hard days hard enough? Are your easy days easy enough?Durability markers — Can you finish strong, hold your shape, and back it up again?

Every finding gets a traffic light. Red means fix this now. Amber means watch it. Green means keep doing what you're doing.

This is one athlete at a time. Capacity is limited by the nature of the work — daily attention to one rider's training is incompatible with running multiple blocks concurrently.

If the timing matters and the calendar is full when you want to start, we'll flag the next available block.

After the eight weeks, if you want to keep working together on a recurring basis, you can roll into PRO at $350/month. The block stands on its own — most athletes do it once around a specific moment in their season and take what we built forward into the following year.
