You’ll start with the SEMIPRO Experience Agent — a short session that captures your goals, training background, and available hours. The Agent compiles a detailed performance brief that I personally review before designing your plan.

Step 2: Plan Built by Damian Ruse

Using your data and the performance brief, I build a 12-week plan grounded in proven endurance science. Each week is structured for measurable progress — integrating fatigue management, progression logic, and sessions that build durability over time. Every workout serves a purpose and fits the bigger picture of sustainable performance.

Step 3: Results You Can Feel

How does the 12-week plan work?

It starts with a short Athlete Discovery Session using our SEMIPRO Experience Agent. You’ll answer a few easy questions about your goals, training time, and ride history. From there, I review your data and personally design your 12-week plan. Within days, you’ll receive a complete, ready-to-train program inside TrainingPeaks — no calls, no setup, no guesswork.

What if I don’t have power or heart-rate data?

That’s fine. You can still get an effective plan using perceived effort and ride examples. If you do have power or HR files, the plan will be even more precise — but it’s not required.

How much training time do I need each week?

Whatever time you can consistently commit. I build your plan around your schedule, not the other way around. Whether that’s 4 hours or 12, the structure adjusts to deliver the best possible results for your available time.

Is this coaching or a one-time plan?

This is a fully personalised 12-week plan, not ongoing coaching. It’s built using the same process I use with coached athletes, but it’s designed to stand alone — simple, efficient, and ready to follow.

When will I get my plan?

Within 3–5 business days after completing your Athlete Discovery Session. You’ll receive an email when your plan is ready to load into TrainingPeaks.

Who designs the plan?

Every plan is designed by me — Damian Ruse — using your data, goals, and availability. I’ve spent the last 14+ years coaching cyclists at every level—from first-timers to the WorldTour. I’ve worked with over 300 athletes, helped develop elite performers, and built a system that merges scientific insight with real-world durability.

What if my schedule changes or I can’t finish?

You can reuse or repeat the plan anytime. It’s designed with flexible blocks, so you can pause or extend it as life happens.

Is this suitable if I’m new to structured training?

Yes. The plan scales to your experience. If you’re new, it focuses on building capacity and consistency. If you’re experienced, it sharpens fatigue resistance and durability.

What happens after I sign up online?

When you sign up online, you will be forwarded to a next steps page to connect (or create a TrainingPeaks) account and start the Athlete Discovery Session immediatly.
