It starts with a short Athlete Discovery Session using our SEMIPRO Experience Agent. You’ll answer a few easy questions about your goals, training time, and ride history. From there, I review your data and personally design your 12-week plan. Within days, you’ll receive a complete, ready-to-train program inside TrainingPeaks — no calls, no setup, no guesswork.
That’s fine. You can still get an effective plan using perceived effort and ride examples. If you do have power or HR files, the plan will be even more precise — but it’s not required.
Whatever time you can consistently commit. I build your plan around your schedule, not the other way around. Whether that’s 4 hours or 12, the structure adjusts to deliver the best possible results for your available time.
