This policy covers refunds and cancellation for all SEMIPRO purchases, whether the checkout is completed on semiprocycling.com or directly on the semipro.coach platform.
How cancellation works
If you are on a recurring plan you can cancel through your account's billing management flow or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals.
If you cancel mid-cycle, access to paid features normally continues until the end of the paid period unless the specific product states that access ends immediately.
Cancelling a platform subscription does not affect separate coaching arrangements delivered through external channels unless explicitly agreed.
One-time custom products
Some SEMIPRO products are built specifically for you. The Personalised Plan is one of these. For these products, refunds work in stages:
Before your start date
Full refund, any reason. Contact us before your scheduled plan build start date (you will be notified of this date by email after purchase).
During the build and lock-in period
Once your plan is delivered, you work directly with Damian to adjust it until it fits. Unlimited adjustments are included during this period. Lock-in is by mutual agreement.
If no feedback is received within 14 days of plan delivery, the plan is considered locked in.
After lock-in
Once a plan is locked in, no refunds are offered. The plan is yours to execute over the 12-week period.
Time limit on engagement
If a Personalised Plan purchase is not engaged within 90 days of payment (no response to scheduling emails, no start date agreed), the purchase is considered forfeit and no refund is due.

Subscription products

Guided, PRO, and ONE are ongoing coaching products with no long-term lock-in. You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals.
Subscription payments outside the Team SEMIPRO 30-day guarantee are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. We may issue refunds in the cases listed below.
When refunds may be considered
- Duplicate charges.
- Incorrect plan assignment or billing errors caused by SEMIPRO.
- Clear service errors affecting paid access.
- Cases where consumer law requires a refund or cancellation right.
When refunds are usually not offered
- Partial use after a cancellation already in effect.
- Change of mind after substantial use of the service.
- Outcomes that did not meet personal expectations.
Access after failed payment
SEMIPRO may offer a short grace period after a failed payment before access is removed. Grace-period rules are published consistently in plan messaging and support materials.
